At Mud Sweat and Gears, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
